Luau Swim Party

The Together We Dance Foundation would like to Invite our friends to our Luau Party at The Newtown Athletic Club!

• Date: Thursday, August 20th 
• Time: 5pm-7pm
• Venue: NAC - Newtown Athletic Club
• Address:   120 Pheasant Run, Newtown PA
•  You will enter the Parking Lot off of Pheasant Run road that is located adjacent to the outdoor Pool Complex. 
• Registration will Open at 4:45pm

The Party is Open to our friends of all Ages with special needs and Autism.  Pizza, Desserts, and Beverages will be provided for our special guests

VERY IMPORTANT SWIMMING DETAILS 

• Please have your son/daughter wear a comfortable bathing suit, water shoes, and a towel to dry off after swimming. 
• All Guests will be provided a Waiver that they will sign when arriving at the Newtown Athletic Club. 
• Each guest will be tested with the following Swim Test: Swim Test Policy  (Ages 13 or Younger)

VERY IMPORTANT TESTING DETAILS 

• Requirement: All children age 13 or younger must pass the swim test to swim on their own in our outdoor pools. 
• Timing: All children will be taken down to the pool to be swim tested at the start of their party.
• Passing Criteria: Swim the entire width of the family pool (50 ft.) without touching the bottom or side of the pool.
• Passed the Test: Your child will receive a designated colored NAC swim band, which must be worn at all times in the resort.
• Did Not Pass: Your child must either Wear a U.S. Coast Guard-approved life vest, or stay in the shallow section of the pool.
• Children who do not pass cannot access the water slide.

The team at The NAC will administer this test and their will be lifeguards on duty throughout the Party.
