I came to the decision to create this Foundation with the hope that we can have young people connect in a profound and meaningful way through internships and volunteer opportunities.

First, I wanted the ability to offer fun and safe activities and events for parents of children with special needs.

Secondly, I wanted to offer the ability for young people middle and high school aged the opportunity to volunteer and connect through meaningful service opportunities with an emphasis on communication while being completely present in the moment at our events.

I believe that everyone deserves a safe and comfortable place to call home, and we will work tirelessly to make that a reality. It is my hope that the outcomes from the infancy stages of The Foundation provide an opportunity for us to get together an overwhelmingly positive manner as we Celebrate Inclusivity.

After entering the media industry in 2010—starting with a personal blog and interning for a national PR firm—I carved out my own lane as a Publicist, CEO, Creative Coach, and National Radio Host.

I've been featured on outlets like Fox News, CBS, ABC, and Vice TV, while also hosting nationally syndicated sports radio segments on SiriusXM. These platforms not only grew my own brand but gave me the tools to elevate others.

I look forward to  strategically gaining exposure to increase the notoriety of the foundation.  I know how hard it is to gain momentum, but as a driver, I will have TWD on the right path.

I currently serve as an Assistant Vice President in the Risk Department within the Credit Card and Banking Industry, a position I’ve held for the past six years. My primary responsibility is to ensure all banking regulations are followed while minimizing potential risks or harm to both consumers and the bank.

Beyond my professional life, I am the wife of Warren Jr. and the proud mom and bonus mom to Warren III, Paisley, Kendall, Carson, and Dominic. The youngest members of our family are on the autism spectrum, which have been both a journey and a profound source of growth for us.

  • Carson was      diagnosed with Level 3 Autism, which requires substantial support.      He experiences global language and speech delays, is nonverbal, and uses      an AAC device to communicate. He also has a diagnosis of ADHD.
  • Dominic was      diagnosed with Level 1 Autism, which requires minimal support,      though he experiences some delays in behavior and cognitive skills.

I am also a daughter and advocate for my mother, who was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. I work to ensure she receives the medical attention and care she deserves at her living facility.

It is truly an honor to be asked to join the Together We Dance Team Foundation as an official Board Member. My mission is to continue advocating, learning, and spreading awareness of social inclusion throughout our community through education, events, and fundraising.

As a mother, I strive to teach my children to be kind, do what’s right, and never judge others, because we never know what someone else might be going through. When I became a special needs parent, my perspective expanded even further — I found my voice as an advocate for what our children need to thrive in both the autism community and everyday life.

Our family has faced adversity, been misjudged, and even stared at—but we have always stood together through every storm. Over the past few months, the Together We Dance Foundation has given my family a renewed sense of belonging and love that had been missing in our community.

I promise to continue championing inclusion by sharing my personal experiences and honest feedback with the Board, so together we can help the Together We Dance Foundation grow stronger and make an even greater impact within our community.

While at Penn State, I served as the Alternative Fundraising Chair.

In addition, I was the Primary Chair for my sorority’s THON efforts, helping lead over 270 members to raise $330,000 for children and families battling pediatric cancer.  Giving back has always been a priority for me, and I’m so excited to lead and empower 10 high school students who will serve on our Summer Dance Team.

We will strategize and plan events throughout the summer for our friends from the special needs and Autism Community.   To me, inclusion means creating spaces where everyone feels truly seen, welcomed, and celebrated for who they are.

My professional journey has been shaped by my career at Blasz Construction, where I began as a field employee in 1998. In 2007, I transitioned into an estimator/project manager role and have since worked my way into my current position as partner and owner. Throughout this progression, I have played a significant role in building and maintaining client relationships that have contributed to the company’s sustained growth. Key accomplishments include maintaining consistent sales volume during the first five years under my management and growing the business to historic levels, fostering a positive company culture that has improved employee retention, and developing a strong base of repeat clients through dependability, consistency, and quality workmanship.

Family is a central foundation in my life. I am married to my wife, Theresa, and we have two sons, Jeremy (13) and Noah (10). Our family has lived in Langhorne for the past 11 years, having previously grown up in Bristol Borough and spent time in Newportville. We have a close family connection to the special needs community, as Theresa’s sister has special needs. Theresa is also a special education teacher in Bristol Borough and brings extensive experience and insight in supporting children with special needs. Together, we have grown to love Langhorne and its community and have immersed ourselves through youth sports, coaching our sons in both soccer and baseball. My family’s encouragement has reinforced my commitment to giving back and supporting organizations that strengthen the community we call home.

As a member of the Board, I hope to contribute by leveraging my experience in business administration, finance, relationship-building, and community engagement. I am particularly interested in supporting The Foundation’s growth through strategic planning and expanded relationships that further its mission and long-term sustainability. I look forward to collaborating with fellow board members and leadership to help advance the Foundation’s continued growth and impact.
